“Maiko-san”
wears colorful kimono and
“geta (Japanese wooden clogs)”

Maiko-san is an apprentice
“Geisha (professor of cultures)”
who are girls from 15 to 20 years old.
Only people who can be trained very hard for dancing, singing, and
playing a Shamisen (a three-stringed musical insturment similar to a guitar)
can be a Maiko-san, and then, Geisha.
“Ozashiki-asobi”
is to enjoy a banquet with Maiko-san and Geisha at a Japanese style restaurant called
“Ochaya”.
People appreciates dances and Shamisen, and playing games on
“Ozashiki”
that is a typical Japanese traditional room with the tatami.
People feels awkward to Ozashiki-asobi in Kyoto.

“members only” (First time customers are not allowed)
but recently restaurants that can book on homepage and allow first time cusomerts are gaining.
