Ise-Jingu Shrine has been said
“want to visit Ise at least once in a life”

And now, a lot of tourists from abroad are visiting there.
Ise-Jingu Shrine, located in Ise City, Mie Prefecture, is about 5,500ha.
It’s the top-grade shrine in Japan, so that it’s an exception.
It’s a power spot in Japan that is also called Oise-san, and has 2,000 years’ history.

and composed of 125 facilities.
In the morning and the evening, a ritual to offer foods to the god called “Shinsen” has done for 1,500 years.
Once in 20 years, “Shikinen sengu” that is transferring the god to the new shrine, that’S built for
several years, has done for 1,300 years.
There are rules to remember; you should visit the outer shrine (left-hand traffic) at first, and then,
visit the inner shrine (right-hand traffic).
After visiting holly shrine, we recommend you to stroll the town of Ise, where is fulfilled by Japanese atmosphere.
“Okage Yokocho”, just nearby the inner shrine, is a place where buildings from the Edo period to
the Meiji Period were transferred and reconstructed.
You can enjoy local foods like Ise-udon and Tekone-zushi, and get surveyors as Ise.
Some shops have tatami floored space, so that you can enjoy the history and the state of Ise
while stretching your legs on the tatami and feeling easy and relax.
