Japanese hotpot Good taste in simple white meat Pond herrings’ Sukini
Pond herrings are the small and beautiful fish caught in the Pacific site of Japan, India, and the coast of Africa.
And especially around Kagoshima and Goto Islands, the south part of Kyushu area, they are loved very much.
There is a silver line in the center of the body, and it shines beautifully when making Sashimi.
It is about 10cm long.
It is a simple whitefish, and you can taste it a bit sweet.
