Nikko City in Tochigi Prefecture is a famous tourist spot in Japan.
There is “Yunisikawa-Onsen Hot Spring” here, and do you know that it uses “snow” as a tourist attraction?

“Kamakura” is a “dome formed house by the snow” that is handmade using the rich snow.
Even this year, “Yunishikawa-Onsen Kamakura Festival” will be held from 1/26 to 3/3, and people are able to enjoy various sizes of Kamakura.

All ages are able to enjoy enough; there is the marvelous view during the night that candles lighted the small handmade Kamakura, and various events are held to enjoy playing with the snow like the snow slide and a barbecue in the big Kamakura during the daytime.

At a main site called “Heike no sato”, Kamakura is made around tasteful thatched roof old folk houses, so that there are tasteful views.

After seeing the mysterious Kamakura, let’s keep yourself warm in Yunisikawa-Onsen hot spring!

This historical Yunishikawa-Onsen hot spring was started from that Heike Worriers healed their injuries by the hot spring.
You can enjoy this rich hot spring, and seasonable local foods from river fishes and foods from the mountains.

During the night, you can be relaxing in the tatami floored Japanese room.
You can see the snow and Kamakura from the window, and the silent time is flowing.
