Udon Prefecture in the other name!? 〜Vol.3 Enjoy the raw eggs and the wheats〜
We introduced “Kake” and “Bukkake” last time, but there are some more ways to eat Udon.
One of them is “Kamaage”.
Boiled Udon is not tightened in cold water, and put in the bowl with hot water.
Then, it is eaten with the strong taste of soup.
Udon is not tightened in cold water, so that it feels the taste of the wheat.
It becomes soft in hot water, and this taste stimulates appetite.
“Taraiudon” looks gorgeous and it is good for a group; putting several portions of Udon on a big tray.
Furthermore, it is the unique way to eat; putting a raw egg.
Japanese people eat raw eggs, so that it keeps its freshness and sanitation management.
It is called “Kamatama”.
At first, putting a raw egg into the bowl.
Then, putting boiled Udon, without tightening in cold water, into the bowl, and adding and mixing a bit of leeks, gingers, and soy sauce.
The heat of Udon makes an egg thick a bit, and it combines with Udon well
The taste of soy sauce makes it more delicious.
As arranged versions, there are toppings that the butter, Mentaiko, and boiled meats with soy and sugar.
They combine with a raw egg well and bring the good taste.
If you can’t choose them, we recommend you to eat two portions.
After visiting Udon restaurants, you will wish to be relaxed by raising your legs on the tatami floored room.
Lying on the tatami, you can think of tomorrow’s Udon restaurants?
